Surah Al-Zalzala (الزّلزَلة)

Ayat 1–8
اِذَا زُلۡزِلَتِ الۡاَرۡضُ زِلۡزَالَهَاۙ ١
99:1When Earth is shaken with her (final) earthquake
وَاَخۡرَجَتِ الۡاَرۡضُ اَثۡقَالَهَاۙ ٢
99:2And Earth yieldeth up her burdens,
وَقَالَ الۡاِنۡسَانُ مَا لَهَاۚ ٣
99:3And man saith: What aileth her?
يَوۡمَٮِٕذٍ تُحَدِّثُ اَخۡبَارَهَاۙ ٤
99:4That day she will relate her chronicles,
بِاَنَّ رَبَّكَ اَوۡحٰى لَهَاؕ ٥
99:5Because thy Lord inspireth her.
يَوۡمَٮِٕذٍ يَّصۡدُرُ النَّاسُ اَشۡتَاتًاࣙۙ لِّيُرَوۡا اَعۡمَالَهُمۡؕ ٦
99:6That day mankind will issue forth in scattered groups to be shown their deeds.
فَمَنۡ يَّعۡمَلۡ مِثۡقَالَ ذَرَّةٍ خَيۡرًا يَّرَهٗؕ ٧
99:7And whoso doeth good an atom's weight will see it then,
وَمَنۡ يَّعۡمَلۡ مِثۡقَالَ ذَرَّةٍ شَرًّا يَّرَهٗ ٨
99:8And whoso doeth ill an atom's weight will see it then.
