Surah Al-Burooj, Ayah 19 (85:19)
بَلِ الَّذِيۡنَ كَفَرُوۡا فِىۡ تَكۡذِيۡبٍۙ ١٩
English translation (Pickthall)
Nay, but those who disbelieve live in denial

وَهُوَ الۡغَفُوۡرُ الۡوَدُوۡدُۙ ١٤
85:14And He is the Forgiving, the Loving,
ذُو الۡعَرۡشِ الۡمَجِيۡدُۙ ١٥
85:15Lord of the Throne of Glory,
فَعَّالٌ لِّمَا يُرِيۡدُؕ ١٦
85:16Doer of what He will.
هَلۡ اَتٰٮكَ حَدِيۡثُ الۡجُـنُوۡدِۙ ١٧
85:17Hath there come unto thee the story of the hosts
فِرۡعَوۡنَ وَثَمُوۡدَؕ ١٨
85:18Of Pharaoh and (the tribe of) Thamud?
بَلِ الَّذِيۡنَ كَفَرُوۡا فِىۡ تَكۡذِيۡبٍۙ ١٩
85:19Nay, but those who disbelieve live in denial
وَّاللّٰهُ مِنۡ وَّرَآٮِٕهِمۡ مُّحِيۡطٌۚ ٢٠
85:20And Allah, all unseen, surroundeth them.
بَلۡ هُوَ قُرۡاٰنٌ مَّجِيۡدٌۙ ٢١
85:21Nay, but it is a glorious Qur'an.
فِىۡ لَوۡحٍ مَّحۡفُوۡظٍ ٢٢
85:22On a guarded tablet.
وَالسَّمَآءِ وَالطَّارِقِۙ ١
86:1By the heaven and the Morning Star
وَمَاۤ اَدۡرٰٮكَ مَا الطَّارِقُۙ ٢
86:2- Ah, what will tell thee what the Morning Star is!
النَّجۡمُ الثَّاقِبُۙ ٣
86:3- The piercing Star!
اِنۡ كُلُّ نَفۡسٍ لَّمَّا عَلَيۡهَا حَافِظٌؕ ٤
86:4No human soul but hath a guardian over it.
فَلۡيَنۡظُرِ الۡاِنۡسَانُ مِمَّ خُلِقَؕ ٥
86:5So let man consider from what he is created.
خُلِقَ مِنۡ مَّآءٍ دَافِقٍۙ ٦
86:6He is created from a gushing fluid
يَّخۡرُجُ مِنۡۢ بَيۡنِ الصُّلۡبِ وَالتَّرَآٮِٕبِؕ ٧
86:7That issued from between the loins and ribs.
اِنَّهٗ عَلٰى رَجۡعِهٖ لَقَادِرٌؕ ٨
86:8Lo! He verily is Able to return him (unto life)
يَوۡمَ تُبۡلَى السَّرَآٮِٕرُۙ ٩
86:9On the day when hidden thoughts shall be searched out.
فَمَا لَهٗ مِنۡ قُوَّةٍ وَّلَا نَاصِرٍؕ ١٠
86:10Then will he have no might nor any helper.
وَالسَّمَآءِ ذَاتِ الرَّجۡعِۙ ١١
86:11By the heaven which giveth the returning rain,
وَالۡاَرۡضِ ذَاتِ الصَّدۡعِۙ ١٢
86:12And the earth which splitteth (with the growth of trees and plants)
اِنَّهٗ لَقَوۡلٌ فَصۡلٌۙ ١٣
86:13Lo! this (Qur'an) is a conclusive word,
وَّمَا هُوَ بِالۡهَزۡلِؕ ١٤
86:14It is no pleasantry.
اِنَّهُمۡ يَكِيۡدُوۡنَ كَيۡدًاۙ ١٥
86:15Lo! they plot a plot (against thee, O Muhammad)
وَّاَكِيۡدُ كَيۡدًاۚۖ ١٦
86:16And I plot a plot (against them).
فَمَهِّلِ الۡكٰفِرِيۡنَ اَمۡهِلۡهُمۡ رُوَيۡدًا ١٧
86:17So give a respite to the disbelievers. Deal thou gently with them for a while.
