Surah Al-Anfal, Ayah 65 (8:65)
يٰۤـاَيُّهَا النَّبِىُّ حَرِّضِ الۡمُؤۡمِنِيۡنَ عَلَى الۡقِتَالِؕ اِنۡ يَّكُنۡ مِّنۡكُمۡ عِشۡرُوۡنَ صَابِرُوۡنَ يَغۡلِبُوۡا مِائَتَيۡنِۚ وَاِنۡ يَّكُنۡ مِّنۡكُمۡ مِّائَةٌ يَّغۡلِبُوۡۤا اَلۡفًا مِّنَ الَّذِيۡنَ كَفَرُوۡا بِاَنَّهُمۡ قَوۡمٌ لَّا يَفۡقَهُوۡنَ ٦٥
English translation (Pickthall)
O Prophet! Exhort the believers to fight. If there be of you twenty steadfast they shall overcome two hundred, and if there be of you a hundred steadfast they shall overcome a thousand of those who disbelieve, because they (the disbelievers) are a folk without intelligence.
Page 186
وَاِنۡ يُّرِيۡدُوۡۤا اَنۡ يَّخۡدَعُوۡكَ فَاِنَّ حَسۡبَكَ اللّٰهُؕ هُوَ الَّذِىۡۤ اَيَّدَكَ بِنَصۡرِهٖ وَبِالۡمُؤۡمِنِيۡنَۙ ٦٢
8:62And if they would deceive thee, then lo! Allah is Sufficient for thee. He it is Who supporteth thee with His help and with the believers,
وَاَلَّفَ بَيۡنَ قُلُوۡبِهِمۡؕ لَوۡ اَنۡفَقۡتَ مَا فِى الۡاَرۡضِ جَمِيۡعًا مَّاۤ اَلَّفۡتَ بَيۡنَ قُلُوۡبِهِمۡ وَلٰـكِنَّ اللّٰهَ اَلَّفَ بَيۡنَهُمۡؕ اِنَّهٗ عَزِيۡزٌ حَكِيۡمٌ ٦٣
8:63And (as for the believers) hath attuned their hearts. If thou hadst spent all that is in the earth thou couldst not have attuned their hearts, but Allah hath attuned them. Lo! He is Mighty, Wise.
يٰۤـاَيُّهَا النَّبِىُّ حَسۡبُكَ اللّٰهُ وَمَنِ اتَّبَعَكَ مِنَ الۡمُؤۡمِنِيۡنَ ٦٤
8:64O Prophet! Allah is Sufficient for thee and those who follow thee of the believers.

اَلۡـٰٔـنَ خَفَّفَ اللّٰهُ عَنۡكُمۡ وَعَلِمَ اَنَّ فِيۡكُمۡ ضَعۡفًاؕ فَاِنۡ يَّكُنۡ مِّنۡكُمۡ مِّائَةٌ صَابِرَةٌ يَّغۡلِبُوۡا مِائَتَيۡنِۚ وَاِنۡ يَّكُنۡ مِّنۡكُمۡ اَلۡفٌ يَّغۡلِبُوۡۤا اَلۡفَيۡنِ بِاِذۡنِ اللّٰهِؕ وَ اللّٰهُ مَعَ الصّٰبِرِيۡنَ ٦٦
8:66Now hath Allah lightened your burden, for He knoweth that there is weakness in you. So if there be of you a steadfast hundred they shall overcome two hundred, and if there be of you a thousand (steadfast) they shall overcome two thousand by permission of Allah. Allah is with the steadfast.
مَا كَانَ لِنَبِىٍّ اَنۡ يَّكُوۡنَ لَهٗۤ اَسۡرٰى حَتّٰى يُثۡخِنَ فِى الۡاَرۡضِؕ تُرِيۡدُوۡنَ عَرَضَ الدُّنۡيَاۖ وَاللّٰهُ يُرِيۡدُ الۡاٰخِرَةَ ؕ وَاللّٰهُ عَزِيۡزٌ حَكِيۡمٌ ٦٧
8:67It is not for any prophet to have captives until he hath made slaughter in the land. Ye desire the lure of this world and Allah desireth (for you) the Hereafter, and Allah is Mighty, Wise.
لَوۡلَا كِتٰبٌ مِّنَ اللّٰهِ سَبَقَ لَمَسَّكُمۡ فِيۡمَاۤ اَخَذۡتُمۡ عَذَابٌ عَظِيۡمٌ ٦٨
8:68Had it not been for an ordinance of Allah which had gone before, an awful doom had come upon you on account of what ye took.
فَكُلُوۡا مِمَّا غَنِمۡتُمۡ حَلٰلاً طَيِّبًاۖ وَّاتَّقُوا اللّٰهَؕ اِنَّ اللّٰهَ غَفُوۡرٌ رَّحِيۡمٌ ٦٩
8:69Now enjoy what ye have won, as lawful and good, and keep your duty to Allah. Lo! Allah is Forgiving, Merciful.
