Surah Al-Araf, Ayah 187 (7:187)
يَسۡـَٔـــلُوۡنَكَ عَنِ السَّاعَةِ اَيَّانَ مُرۡسٰٮهَاؕ قُلۡ اِنَّمَا عِلۡمُهَا عِنۡدَ رَبِّىۡۚ لَا يُجَلِّيۡهَا لِوَقۡتِهَاۤ اِلَّا هُوَۘؕؔ ثَقُلَتۡ فِى السَّمٰوٰتِ وَالۡاَرۡضِؕ لَا تَاۡتِيۡكُمۡ اِلَّا بَغۡتَةً ؕ يَسۡـــَٔلُوۡنَكَ كَاَنَّكَ حَفِىٌّ عَنۡهَاؕ قُلۡ اِنَّمَا عِلۡمُهَا عِنۡدَ اللّٰهِ وَلٰـكِنَّ اَكۡثَرَ النَّاسِ لَا يَعۡلَمُوۡنَ ١٨٧
English translation (Pickthall)
They ask thee of the (destined) Hour, when will it come to port. Say: Knowledge thereof is with my Lord only. He alone will manifest it at its proper time. It is heavy in the heavens and the earth. It cometh not to you save unawares. They question thee as if thou couldst be well informed thereof. Say: Knowledge thereof is with Allah only, but most of mankind know not.

وَلَـقَدۡ ذَرَاۡنَا لِجَـهَنَّمَ كَثِيۡرًا مِّنَ الۡجِنِّ وَالۡاِنۡسِۖ لَهُمۡ قُلُوۡبٌ لَّا يَفۡقَهُوۡنَ بِهَا وَلَهُمۡ اَعۡيُنٌ لَّا يُبۡصِرُوۡنَ بِهَا وَلَهُمۡ اٰذَانٌ لَّا يَسۡمَعُوۡنَ بِهَاؕ اُولٰۤٮِٕكَ كَالۡاَنۡعَامِ بَلۡ هُمۡ اَضَلُّؕ اُولٰۤٮِٕكَ هُمُ الۡغٰفِلُوۡنَ ١٧٩
7:179Already have We urged unto hell many of the jinn and humankind, having hearts wherewith they understand not, and having eyes wherewith they see not, and having ears wherewith they hear not. These are as the cattle - nay, but they are worse! These are the neglectful.
وَلِلّٰهِ الۡاَسۡمَآءُ الۡحُسۡنٰى فَادۡعُوۡهُ بِهَا وَذَرُوا الَّذِيۡنَ يُلۡحِدُوۡنَ فِىۡۤ اَسۡمَآٮِٕهٖؕ سَيُجۡزَوۡنَ مَا كَانُوۡا يَعۡمَلُوۡنَ ١٨٠
7:180Allah's are the fairest names. Invoke Him by them. And leave the company of those who blaspheme His names. They will be requited what they do.
وَمِمَّنۡ خَلَقۡنَاۤ اُمَّةٌ يَّهۡدُوۡنَ بِالۡحَـقِّ وَبِهٖ يَعۡدِلُوۡنَ ١٨١
7:181And of those whom We created there is a nation who guide with the Truth and establish justice therewith.
وَالَّذِيۡنَ كَذَّبُوۡا بِاٰيٰتِنَا سَنَسۡتَدۡرِجُهُمۡ مِّنۡ حَيۡثُ لَا يَعۡلَمُوۡنَۖۚ ١٨٢
7:182And those who deny Our revelations - step by step We lead them on from whence they know not.
وَاُمۡلِىۡ لَهُمۡؕ اِنَّ كَيۡدِىۡ مَتِيۡنٌ ١٨٣
7:183I give them rein (for) lo! My scheme is strong.
اَوَلَمۡ يَتَفَكَّرُوۡا مَا بِصَاحِبِهِمۡ مِّنۡ جِنَّةٍؕ اِنۡ هُوَ اِلَّا نَذِيۡرٌ مُّبِيۡنٌ ١٨٤
7:184Have they not bethought them (that) there is no madness in their comrade? He is but a plain warner.
اَوَلَمۡ يَنۡظُرُوۡا فِىۡ مَلَـكُوۡتِ السَّمٰوٰتِ وَالۡاَرۡضِ وَمَا خَلَقَ اللّٰهُ مِنۡ شَىۡءٍۙ وَّاَنۡ عَسٰٓى اَنۡ يَّكُوۡنَ قَدِ اقۡتَرَبَ اَجَلُهُمۡۚ فَبِاَىِّ حَدِيۡثٍۢ بَعۡدَهٗ يُؤۡمِنُوۡنَ ١٨٥
7:185Have they not considered the dominion of the heavens and the earth, and what things Allah hath created, and that it may be that their own term draweth nigh? In what fact after this will they believe?
مَنۡ يُّضۡلِلِ اللّٰهُ فَلَا هَادِىَ لَهٗؕ وَ يَذَرُهُمۡ فِىۡ طُغۡيَانِهِمۡ يَعۡمَهُوۡنَ ١٨٦
7:186Those whom Allah sendeth astray, there is no guide for them. He leaveth them to wander blindly on in their contumacy.
