Surah An-Nisa, Ayah 169 (4:169)
اِلَّا طَرِيۡقَ جَهَـنَّمَ خٰلِدِيۡنَ فِيۡهَاۤ اَبَدًاؕ وَكَانَ ذٰ لِكَ عَلَى اللّٰهِ يَسِيۡرًا ١٦٩
English translation (Pickthall)
Except the road of hell, wherein they will abide for ever. And that is ever easy for Allah.
Page 105
اِنَّاۤ اَوۡحَيۡنَاۤ اِلَيۡكَ كَمَاۤ اَوۡحَيۡنَاۤ اِلٰى نُوۡحٍ وَّالنَّبِيّٖنَ مِنۡۢ بَعۡدِهٖۚ وَاَوۡحَيۡنَاۤ اِلٰٓى اِبۡرٰهِيۡمَ وَاِسۡمٰعِيۡلَ وَاِسۡحٰقَ وَيَعۡقُوۡبَ وَالۡاَسۡبَاطِ وَعِيۡسٰى وَاَيُّوۡبَ وَيُوۡنُسَ وَهٰرُوۡنَ وَسُلَيۡمٰنَۚ وَاٰتَيۡنَا دَاوٗدَ زَبُوۡرًاۚ ١٦٣
4:163Lo! We inspire thee as We inspired Noah and the prophets after him, as We inspired Abraham and Ishmael and Isaac and Jacob and the tribes, and Jesus and Job and Jonah and Aaron and Solomon, and as We imparted unto David the Psalms;
وَرُسُلًا قَدۡ قَصَصۡنٰهُمۡ عَلَيۡكَ مِنۡ قَبۡلُ وَرُسُلًا لَّمۡ نَقۡصُصۡهُمۡ عَلَيۡكَؕ وَكَلَّمَ اللّٰهُ مُوۡسٰى تَكۡلِيۡمًاۚ ١٦٤
4:164And messengers We have mentioned unto thee before and messengers We have not mentioned unto thee; and Allah spake directly unto Moses;
رُسُلًا مُّبَشِّرِيۡنَ وَمُنۡذِرِيۡنَ لِئَلَّا يَكُوۡنَ لِلنَّاسِ عَلَى اللّٰهِ حُجَّةٌۢ بَعۡدَ الرُّسُلِؕ وَكَانَ اللّٰهُ عَزِيۡزًا حَكِيۡمًا ١٦٥
4:165Messengers of good cheer and of warning, in order that mankind might have no argument against Allah after the messengers. Allah was ever Mighty, Wise.
لٰـكِنِ اللّٰهُ يَشۡهَدُ بِمَاۤ اَنۡزَلَ اِلَيۡكَ اَنۡزَلَهٗ بِعِلۡمِهٖۚ وَالۡمَلٰٓٮِٕكَةُ يَشۡهَدُوۡنَؕ وَكَفٰى بِاللّٰهِ شَهِيۡدًاؕ ١٦٦
4:166But Allah (Himself) testifieth concerning that which He hath revealed unto thee; in His knowledge hath He revealed it; and the Angels also testify. And Allah is sufficient Witness.
اِنَّ الَّذِيۡنَ كَفَرُوۡا وَ صَدُّوۡا عَنۡ سَبِيۡلِ اللّٰهِ قَدۡ ضَلُّوۡا ضَلٰلًاۢ بَعِيۡدًا ١٦٧
4:167Lo! those who disbelieve and hinder (others) from the way of Allah, they verily have wandered far astray.
اِنَّ الَّذِيۡنَ كَفَرُوۡا وَظَلَمُوۡا لَمۡ يَكُنِ اللّٰهُ لِيَـغۡفِرَ لَهُمۡ وَلَا لِيَـهۡدِيَهُمۡ طَرِيۡقًاۙ ١٦٨
4:168Lo! those who disbelieve and deal in wrong, Allah will never forgive them, neither will He guide them unto a road,
اِلَّا طَرِيۡقَ جَهَـنَّمَ خٰلِدِيۡنَ فِيۡهَاۤ اَبَدًاؕ وَكَانَ ذٰ لِكَ عَلَى اللّٰهِ يَسِيۡرًا ١٦٩
4:169Except the road of hell, wherein they will abide for ever. And that is ever easy for Allah.
يٰۤـاَيُّهَا النَّاسُ قَدۡ جَآءَكُمُ الرَّسُوۡلُ بِالۡحَـقِّ مِنۡ رَّبِّكُمۡ فَاٰمِنُوۡا خَيۡرًا لَّـكُمۡؕ وَاِنۡ تَكۡفُرُوۡا فَاِنَّ لِلّٰهِ مَا فِى السَّمٰوٰتِ وَالۡاَرۡضِؕ وَكَانَ اللّٰهُ عَلِيۡمًا حَكِيۡمًا ١٧٠
4:170O mankind! The messenger hath come unto you with the Truth from your Lord. Therefor believe; (it is) better for you. But if ye disbelieve, still, lo! unto Allah belongeth whatsoever is in the heavens and the earth. Allah is ever Knower, Wise.
