Surah Al-Ankaboot, Ayah 34 (29:34)
اِنَّا مُنۡزِلُوۡنَ عَلٰٓى اَهۡلِ هٰذِهِ الۡقَرۡيَةِ رِجۡزًا مِّنَ السَّمَآءِ بِمَا كَانُوۡا يَفۡسُقُوۡنَ ٣٤
English translation (Pickthall)
Lo! We are about to bring down upon the folk of this township a fury from the sky because they are evil-livers.

اَٮِٕنَّكُمۡ لَـتَاۡتُوۡنَ الرِّجَالَ وَتَقۡطَعُوۡنَ السَّبِيۡلَࣙۙ وَتَاۡتُوۡنَ فِىۡ نَادِيۡكُمُ الۡمُنۡكَرَؕ فَمَا كَانَ جَوَابَ قَوۡمِهٖۤ اِلَّاۤ اَنۡ قَالُوا ائۡتِنَا بِعَذَابِ اللّٰهِ اِنۡ كُنۡتَ مِنَ الصّٰدِقِيۡنَ ٢٩
29:29For come ye not in unto males, and cut ye not the road (for travellers), and commit ye not abomination in your meetings? But the answer of his folk was only that they said: Bring Allah's doom upon us if thou art a truthteller!
قَالَ رَبِّ انْصُرۡنِىۡ عَلَى الۡقَوۡمِ الۡمُفۡسِدِيۡنَ ٣٠
29:30He said: My Lord! Give me victory over folk who work corruption.
وَلَمَّا جَآءَتۡ رُسُلُنَاۤ اِبۡرٰهِيۡمَ بِالۡبُشۡرٰىۙ قَالُـوۡۤا اِنَّا مُهۡلِكُوۡۤا اَهۡلِ هٰذِهِ الۡقَرۡيَةِۚ اِنَّ اَهۡلَهَا كَانُوۡا ظٰلِمِيۡنَۖۚ ٣١
29:31And when Our messengers brought Abraham the good news, they said: Lo! we are about to destroy the people of that township, for its people are wrong-doers.
قَالَ اِنَّ فِيۡهَا لُوۡطًاؕ قَالُوۡا نَحۡنُ اَعۡلَمُ بِمَنۡ فِيۡهَا لَـنُـنَجِّيَـنَّهٗ وَاَهۡلَهٗۤ اِلَّا امۡرَاَتَهٗ كَانَتۡ مِنَ الۡغٰبِرِيۡنَ ٣٢
29:32He said: Lo! Lot is there. They said: We are best aware of who is there. We are to deliver him and his household, all save his wife, who is of those who stay behind.
وَلَمَّاۤ اَنۡ جَآءَتۡ رُسُلُـنَا لُوۡطًا سِىۡٓءَ بِهِمۡ وَضَاقَ بِهِمۡ ذَرۡعًا وَّقَالُوۡا لَا تَخَفۡ وَلَا تَحۡزَنۡ اِنَّا مُنَجُّوۡكَ وَاَهۡلَكَ اِلَّا امۡرَاَتَكَ كَانَتۡ مِنَ الۡغٰبِرِيۡنَ ٣٣
29:33And when Our messengers came unto Lot, he was troubled upon their account, for he could not protect them; but they said: Fear not, nor grieve! Lo! we are to deliver thee and thy household, (all) save thy wife, who is of those who stay behind.
اِنَّا مُنۡزِلُوۡنَ عَلٰٓى اَهۡلِ هٰذِهِ الۡقَرۡيَةِ رِجۡزًا مِّنَ السَّمَآءِ بِمَا كَانُوۡا يَفۡسُقُوۡنَ ٣٤
29:34Lo! We are about to bring down upon the folk of this township a fury from the sky because they are evil-livers.
وَلَقَدۡ تَّرَكۡنَا مِنۡهَاۤ اٰيَةًۢ بَيِّنَةً لِّـقَوۡمٍ يَّعۡقِلُوۡنَ ٣٥
29:35And verily of that We have left a clear sign for people who have sense.
وَاِلٰى مَدۡيَنَ اَخَاهُمۡ شُعَيۡبًاۙ فَقَالَ يٰقَوۡمِ اعۡبُدُوا اللّٰهَ وَارۡجُوا الۡيَوۡمَ الۡاٰخِرَ وَلَا تَعۡثَوۡا فِى الۡاَرۡضِ مُفۡسِدِيۡنَ ٣٦
29:36And unto Midian We sent Shu'eyb, their brother. He said: O my people! Serve Allah, and look forward to the Last Day, and do not evil, making mischief, in the earth.
