Surah Al-Hijr, Ayah 49 (15:49)
نَبِّئۡ عِبَادِىۡۤ اَنِّىۡۤ اَنَا الۡغَفُوۡرُ الرَّحِيۡمُۙ ٤٩
English translation (Pickthall)
Announce, (O Muhammad) unto My slaves that verily I am the Forgiving, the Merciful,

قَالَ فَاخۡرُجۡ مِنۡهَا فَاِنَّكَ رَجِيۡمٌۙ ٣٤
15:34He said: Then go thou forth from hence, for verily thou art outcast.
وَّاِنَّ عَلَيۡكَ اللَّعۡنَةَ اِلٰى يَوۡمِ الدِّيۡنِ ٣٥
15:35And lo! the curse shall be upon thee till the Day of Judgment.
قَالَ رَبِّ فَاَنۡظِرۡنِىۡۤ اِلٰى يَوۡمِ يُبۡعَثُوۡنَ ٣٦
15:36He said: My Lord! Reprieve me till the day when they are raised.
قَالَ فَاِنَّكَ مِنَ الۡمُنۡظَرِيۡنَۙ ٣٧
15:37He said: Then lo! thou art of those reprieved
اِلٰى يَوۡمِ الۡوَقۡتِ الۡمَعۡلُوۡمِ ٣٨
15:38Till an appointed time.
قَالَ رَبِّ بِمَاۤ اَغۡوَيۡتَنِىۡ لَاُزَيِّنَنَّ لَهُمۡ فِى الۡاَرۡضِ وَلَاُغۡوِيَـنَّهُمۡ اَجۡمَعِيۡنَۙ ٣٩
15:39He said: My Lord! Because Thou hast sent me astray, I verily shall adorn the path of error for them in the earth, and shall mislead them every one,
اِلَّا عِبَادَكَ مِنۡهُمُ الۡمُخۡلَصِيۡنَ ٤٠
15:40Save such of them as are Thy perfectly devoted slaves.
قَالَ هٰذَا صِرَاطٌ عَلَـىَّ مُسۡتَقِيۡمٌ ٤١
15:41He said: This is a right course incumbent upon Me:
اِنَّ عِبَادِىۡ لَـيۡسَ لَكَ عَلَيۡهِمۡ سُلۡطٰنٌ اِلَّا مَنِ اتَّبَـعَكَ مِنَ الۡغٰوِيۡنَ ٤٢
15:42Lo! as for My slaves, thou hast no power over any of them save such of the froward as follow thee,
وَاِنَّ جَهَـنَّمَ لَمَوۡعِدُهُمۡ اَجۡمَعِيۡنَۙ ٤٣
15:43And lo! for all such, hell will be the promised place.
لَهَا سَبۡعَةُ اَبۡوَابٍؕ لِكُلِّ بَابٍ مِّنۡهُمۡ جُزۡءٌ مَّقۡسُوۡمٌ ٤٤
15:44It hath seven gates, and each gate hath an appointed portion.
اِنَّ الۡمُتَّقِيۡنَ فِىۡ جَنّٰتٍ وَّعُيُوۡنٍؕ ٤٥
15:45Lo! those who ward off (evil) are among gardens and watersprings.
اُدۡخُلُوۡهَا بِسَلٰمٍ اٰمِنِيۡنَ ٤٦
15:46(And it is said unto them): Enter them in peace, secure.
وَنَزَعۡنَا مَا فِىۡ صُدُوۡرِهِمۡ مِّنۡ غِلٍّ اِخۡوَانًا عَلٰى سُرُرٍ مُّتَقٰبِلِيۡنَ ٤٧
15:47And We remove whatever rancour may be in their breasts. As brethren, face to face, (they rest) on couches raised.
لَا يَمَسُّهُمۡ فِيۡهَا نَـصَبٌ وَّمَا هُمۡ مِّنۡهَا بِمُخۡرَجِيۡنَ ٤٨
15:48Toil cometh not unto them there, nor will they be expelled from thence.
نَبِّئۡ عِبَادِىۡۤ اَنِّىۡۤ اَنَا الۡغَفُوۡرُ الرَّحِيۡمُۙ ٤٩
15:49Announce, (O Muhammad) unto My slaves that verily I am the Forgiving, the Merciful,
وَاَنَّ عَذَابِىۡ هُوَ الۡعَذَابُ الۡاَلِيۡمُ ٥٠
15:50And that My doom is the dolorous doom.
وَنَبِّئۡهُمۡ عَنۡ ضَيۡفِ اِبۡرٰهِيۡمَۘ ٥١
15:51And tell them of Abraham's guests,
اِذۡ دَخَلُوۡا عَلَيۡهِ فَقَالُوۡا سَلٰمًاؕ قَالَ اِنَّا مِنۡكُمۡ وَجِلُوۡنَ ٥٢
15:52(How) when they came in unto him, and said: Peace. He said: Lo! we are afraid of you.
