يَقۡدُمُ قَوۡمَهٗ يَوۡمَ الۡقِيٰمَةِ فَاَوۡرَدَهُمُ النَّارَؕ وَبِئۡسَ الۡوِرۡدُ الۡمَوۡرُوۡدُ ۝٩٨

11:98He will go before his people on the Day of Resurrection and will lead them to the Fire for watering-place. Ah, hapless is the watering-place (whither they are) led.

وَاُتۡبِعُوۡا فِىۡ هٰذِهٖ لَـعۡنَةً وَّيَوۡمَ الۡقِيٰمَةِ ؕ بِئۡسَ الرِّفۡدُ الۡمَرۡفُوۡدُ ۝٩٩

11:99A curse is made to follow them in the world and on the Day of Resurrection. Hapless is the gift (that will be) given (them).

ذٰ لِكَ مِنۡ اَنۡۢبَآءِ الۡـقُرٰى نَقُصُّهٗ عَلَيۡكَ مِنۡهَا قَآٮِٕمٌ وَّحَصِيۡدٌ ۝١٠٠

11:100That is (something) of the tidings of the townships (which were destroyed of old). We relate it unto thee (Muhammad). Some of them are standing and some (already) reaped.

وَمَا ظَلَمۡنٰهُمۡ وَلٰـكِنۡ ظَلَمُوۡۤا اَنۡفُسَهُمۡ فَمَاۤ اَغۡنَتۡ عَنۡهُمۡ اٰلِهَتُهُمُ الَّتِىۡ يَدۡعُوۡنَ مِنۡ دُوۡنِ اللّٰهِ مِنۡ شَىۡءٍ لَّمَّا جَآءَ اَمۡرُ رَبِّكَؕ وَمَا زَادُوۡهُمۡ غَيۡرَ تَتۡبِيۡبٍ ۝١٠١

11:101We wronged them not, but they did wrong themselves; and their gods on whom they call beside Allah availed them naught when came thy Lord's command; they added to them naught save ruin.

وَكَذٰ لِكَ اَخۡذُ رَبِّكَ اِذَاۤ اَخَذَ الۡقُرٰى وَهِىَ ظَالِمَةٌؕ اِنَّ اَخۡذَهٗۤ اَلِيۡمٌ شَدِيۡدٌ ۝١٠٢

11:102Even thus is the grasp of thy Lord when He graspeth the townships while they are doing wrong. Lo! His grasp is painful, very strong.

اِنَّ فِىۡ ذٰ لِكَ لَاٰيَةً لِّمَنۡ خَافَ عَذَابَ الۡاٰخِرَةِؕ ذٰ لِكَ يَوۡمٌ مَّجۡمُوۡعٌ ۙ لَّهُ النَّاسُ وَذٰ لِكَ يَوۡمٌ مَّشۡهُوۡدٌ ۝١٠٣

11:103Lo! herein verily there is a portent for those who fear the doom of the Hereafter. That is a day unto which mankind will be gathered, and that is a day that will be witnessed.

وَمَا نُؤَخِّرُهٗۤ اِلَّا لِاَجَلٍ مَّعۡدُوۡدٍؕ ۝١٠٤

11:104And We defer it only to a term already reckoned.

يَوۡمَ يَاۡتِ لَا تَكَلَّمُ نَفۡسٌ اِلَّا بِاِذۡنِهٖۚ فَمِنۡهُمۡ شَقِىٌّ وَّسَعِيۡدٌ ۝١٠٥

11:105On the day when it cometh no soul will speak except by His permission; some among them will be wretched, (others) glad.

فَاَمَّا الَّذِيۡنَ شَقُوۡا فَفِى النَّارِ لَهُمۡ فِيۡهَا زَفِيۡرٌ وَّشَهِيۡقٌۙ ۝١٠٦

11:106As for those who will be wretched (on that day) they will be in the Fire; sighing and wailing will be their portion therein,

خٰلِدِيۡنَ فِيۡهَا مَا دَامَتِ السَّمٰوٰتُ وَالۡاَرۡضُ اِلَّا مَا شَآءَ رَبُّكَؕ اِنَّ رَبَّكَ فَعَّالٌ لِّمَا يُرِيۡدُ ۝١٠٧

11:107Abiding there so long as the heavens and the earth endure save for that which thy Lord willeth. Lo! thy Lord is Doer of what He will.

وَاَمَّا الَّذِيۡنَ سُعِدُوۡا فَفِى الۡجَـنَّةِ خٰلِدِيۡنَ فِيۡهَا مَا دَامَتِ السَّمٰوٰتُ وَالۡاَرۡضُ اِلَّا مَا شَآءَ رَبُّكَؕ عَطَآءً غَيۡرَ مَجۡذُوۡذٍ ۝١٠٨

11:108And as for those who will be glad (that day) they will be in the Garden, abiding there so long as the heavens and the earth endure save for that which thy Lord willeth: a gift unfailing.
